How Do I Change My Password?

If you're signed into your account, go to Profile under My Account and scroll down to the bottom of the page to update your password.


I Forgot My Password. How Do I Reset It?

Click Sign In at the top-right corner of ZREGGUR.com, then select Forgot Your Password to initiate the reset process.


How Do I Unsubscribe From Emails?

Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any ZREGGUR email.


What If I Haven’t Received the Verification Email to Create an Account?

Check your spam or other folders for an email from customerservice@zreggur.com with the subject line ‘One-click Verification.’ If needed, re-trigger the verification email by logging in to your account.


What If I Can’t Access My Email to Verify My Account?

You must have access to the email address used to create your account to verify and complete setup.


How Do I Verify My Email Address?

After entering your email and password during account creation, you will receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify your account and continue shopping.


Will I Have to Verify My Account Every Time I Log In?

No, email verification is required only once during account creation.


How Do I Create an Account?

Visit ZREGGUR Login and enter your details to create an account.


Does the Verification Email Expire?

Yes, verification emails expire after 30 minutes.

Where Is My Order?

You can check your order status and details via the Order Status Form or by logging into your account. Customized products ship separately and may arrive in multiple shipments.


Can I Cancel or Make Changes to My Order?

Orders can only be cancelled within the first hour after they are placed. To cancel, go to your Order History in your account or visit the Order Status page. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled or edited. For returns on uncustomized products, visit our Self-Service Return Portal.


How Long Does It Take to Process My Order?

· Non-customized products: 1-5 business days for processing, plus an additional 1-7 business days for shipping.
· Customized products: 1-2 weeks for processing. Refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

How Will My Order Ship if It Includes Both Customized and Non-Customized Products?

Customized and non-customized items will ship separately. You will receive separate tracking notifications for each shipment.


Will I Receive a Notification or Tracking Number When My Order Ships?

Yes. When your order is scanned by our shipping provider, an email with the tracking number will be sent. Customized products ship separately, and you will receive tracking notifications for each shipment.


What If the Product I Want Is Out of Stock?

If a product is out of stock, enter your email in the notification box on the product page. We’ll notify you via email when it becomes available.


Where Do I Enter a Promotion Code?

You can enter a promo code on the View Cart page or during checkout under the Payment section. Ensure the code is applied before submitting your order.
