SHIPPING & RETURNS
Return Policy
We want you to love your ZREGGUR products. If you’re not satisfied, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
· The product is non-customized, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
· The return is initiated within 30 days through our Returns Portal.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs for APO/FPO addresses are not covered. For exchanges, please return the item for a refund and place a new order. Warranty exchanges must be requested separately—refer to our Warranty Policy for details.
Returning Your Item
Follow these steps for a smooth return process:
①Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit.
②Include all necessary paperwork, such as the RMA number or order details.
③Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the Returns Portal.
④Drop off the package at a UPS location or use your own shipping method with tracking.
Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver your ZREGGUR products quickly and efficiently. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $40.00 or more within the contiguous United States. Note that customized products require additional processing time.

ZREGGUR and UPS do not ship or deliver on these 2024 holidays:

· Christmas Day - December 25

Additional Shipping Information
Contiguous United States
ZREGGUR uses UPS standard service for all shipments within the contiguous U.S. unless expedited options are selected. Allow 1–7 business days for processing and 1–4 business days for delivery based on your location. Tracking numbers will be emailed once the order is processed.
Shipping to PO Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii
· PO Boxes: Standard shipping is available for non-custom orders. Certain products, such as Tundra 250/350, are excluded.
· Alaska & Hawaii: Free standard shipping for non-custom orders $40.00+ (10-15 business days). Expedited Ground shipping (3-5 business days) is available for $15.
