Warranty Information

At ZREGGUR, we take pride in crafting some of the most durable products on the planet. However, we understand that sometimes the unexpected happens. If there’s an issue with your ZREGGUR product, we’ve got you covered with the following warranty policy.


Not Satisfied with Your Product?

If your ZREGGUR product isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help. Contact our customer service team at customerservice@zreggur.com, and they will assist you in processing a refund or replacement.


Limited Warranty

ZREGGUR, LLC (“ZREGGUR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) warrants that all ZREGGUR products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period, as outlined below. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product (“you”) and is subject to the following conditions:

Warranty Conditions

To qualify for a warranty claim:


①The product must have been purchased from a ZREGGUR website, store, or authorized dealer.

②The product must be returned to ZREGGUR.

③The product must have been used only as intended and in accordance with its care instructions.


If a defect occurs during the Warranty Period under normal use, we will, at our discretion, replace the defective product or part at no charge. Customizations made by ZREGGUR will also be replaced, if applicable.


Warranty Periods

·Five-Year Warranty: Drinkware products.
·Three-Year Warranty: Bag products.

We will make every effort to replace limited-edition or discontinued products; however, availability cannot be guaranteed. If an exact replacement is unavailable, we will provide a similar or equivalent product.


Warranty Exclusions

The following products are not covered under this warranty, and all such sales are final:

·ZREGGUR Sleeping Bags

·ZREGGUR products purchased through the RESCUE program

·12" Cast Iron Skillet Kits


The warranty does not cover:

·Damage caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts.

·Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials and colors over time.


Shipping Your Warranty Return

If your warranty claim is approved, you will receive a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) and a prepaid shipping label. Please follow these guidelines when shipping your return:


① Securely pack the item in sturdy cardboard packaging to avoid damage during transit.

② Include all necessary paperwork, such as your RMA# and packing slip.

③ Attach the prepaid return label to the package.

④ Ship your return using the label provided.


If you choose to use your own shipper, include the original order information or RMA# in the package. We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method. Note that additional shipping costs are non-refundable.


Warranty Disclaimer

This warranty is the only express warranty provided by ZREGGUR.


·Implied Warranties: Any implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty.


·Limitation of Liability: ZREGGUR will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.


This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.


Additional Terms

·The warranty is valid only in the United States.

·No ZREGGUR reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to modify or extend this warranty.

·ZREGGUR’s sole obligation under this warranty is the replacement of non-conforming products.
